Dr.Lauter and Christine are very good about telling me what will happen next. Not sure if that helps soften the blow?? But at least I am prepared for the worst! Nicole even smiles when she processes the payment!
This is a highly trained and well prepared staff!!! I won't trust anyone else to keep my mouth in working order.
