They do their best to make this a positive experience. But lets remember that there is mouth drilling going on here. Very friendly and professional staff!! Dr.Lauter and Christine are very good about telling me what will happen next. Not sure if that helps soften the blow?? But at least I am prepared for the worst! Nicole even smiles when she processes the payment!
